It's a good and clean place. Food, depending on who's cooking, can be delicious or not good at all. The reason why I gave them... 2 stars is because if you're wanting to order and the phone rings, to them you're not important. I was there a couple of monthsago and I was ready to order my food. The phone rang and the owner told me to hold for a second. Took him 2 minutes to take thecall. He turned around and when he was going to take my order, the phone rang again. It happened 5 times in a row, so that wasalmost 10 minutes of me waiting, so I just left the place and decided to never go back. If he made me wait the first time, hecould also put on hold the second call. That's no good customer service. Read more

Prices are really cheap. The yakisoba is yummy. Place has a very nice location, easy to find and good menu.

Was once my go-to spot for an inexpensive lunch, 3 times a week or more. However, over the past six months this place has... deteriorated to the point I can?t recommend it. It started with the portions shrinking and the chicken being cooked way inadvance of my order. The most frustrating thing of all stated a few weeks ago when I ordered my lunch with brown rice, insteadof white, which I gladly paid additional for. The brown rice is ?not ready? or ?we ran out? for my last 4 visits? after anotherlame excuse for not having brown rice today, I canceled my order and went elsewhere. Obviously there?s some issues with thisplace, not the least of which is staffing, which tells me they?re staff isn?t happy. When the owner tries to step in to helpout, it?s impossible to understand her and she doesn?t understand me or my order. So frustrating and disappointing. I don?t mindthe price increase, but take issue with the micro-portions, precooked, protein, and being lied to about why they don?t havebrown rice. It?s not that complicated?. Ugh! Read more

Outstanding. Could only eat half of the lunch special, will have the other half tomorrow. Definitely will be back.

Super value, friendly old couple own and run the place, the beef teriyaki on noodles is fantastic, grab a chunk of ginger and... maybe a couple egg rolls. I freaking love this place and you will too! I've been coming here for years and never plan onstopping. Enjoy! Read more

Delicious, consistent, reasonably priced, and friendly. Have been coming here for years and tried everything keeping my family... of four consistently happy. We love how their teriyaki has a well balanced savory flavor, not just sweet. A true Tualatininstitution! Read more

Mashita Teriyaki is absolutely the best teriyaki spot I have tried and I don't expect to find better. Their food, especially the... beef and chicken, are somehow similar to the much more expensive Korean BBQ style meats. The portion sizes were shockinglygenerous and the prices were so cheap I wasn't sure if they hadn't updated them in a while but was reassured when I paid thatthey were accurate. Mashita is one of the rare restaurants that I will go out of my way for anytime I'm in the area, a list ofmine that only a handful of places make. Read more
