If I could give them no stars I would. .Placed a catering order on Wednesday. Called back on Thursday to verify pick up time... 10:30.Got there on Friday morning, it was not ready until 11:00. That's the time my event started ! It was 300 dollars worth offood. Read more
Waiting for grubhub order. Said they were out of the bread for the order. I patiently wait. Bread gets finished. They serve... roughly 4 customers before finishing my order. Nearly 30 minute wait for a single sandwich. Incredibly disrespectful. Read more

The staff... takes great care to make you the freshest and most delicious sandwhiches you've ever eaten. Delicious stacked sandwiches, fast and friendly service. Only criticism was the manager criticizing his employee (seemingly new)... for the turkey hanging outside the bun slightly...kind of making an unnecessary point made deliberately in front of us. Odd andawkward, [poor new guy], but I see the irony now that I'm posting about it (criticism on criticism). The place was super busybut we moved through quickly and had a 5 star quality lunch. Went in today (5/17/22) after a long walk and I'm very happy I did! The employees were very quick at making a good quality... sandwich and very polite. I had a short conversation with the woman working the register and she was super nice. As I wasleaving I accidentally knocked my drink over with my bag but as soon as I started to clean it up she came out with a mop anddidn't act annoyed or anything of that nature. Felt like something super fast and simple for dinner last night, so I ordered a Jersey Mike?s Italian sub through Door Dash. I... received my sandwich fairly quickly, and they got my substitutions correct, so I appreciated that. But the sandwich itself wasjust so-so. Not bad, but not amazing. Would I eat it again? Sure. But would I go out of my way to go there or order deliveryagain in the future? Probably not. Read more
The employee sure let us know just how inconvenient our gluten free order was. She was quite irritated I wanted a hot sandwich... because she'd have to wipe down more. So I ordered a cold one and that made her happy. She also timed how long it took her toclean the slicer and let us know how long it took. The price of GF is ridiculous anyway, so a little extra cleaning was a goodtradeoff. Not apparently for the bitter employees though. Read more
