Order the chicken teriyaki bowl...Amazing! The staff were a little preoccupied with each other and forgot to add utensils to the... bag. I double checked my bag and asked for utensils, the guy in the window seemed annoyed but filled my request. Mostly a goodexperience, employees need to focus more on the customers. Read more
Food was ok was need to get something before the drive to Eugene for the Ducks game, the sausage looked like was kinda old... looking but the Hashbrown was fresh, but drive thru was pretty slow compared to others it 12pm start of lunch so as ex employeeare breakfast sandwiches should of been cooked to order so everything should of been fresh. I was traveling and stopped here for lunch. I went to the drive thru, got my lunch and headed on down the road. Went to eat my... lunch and the order was totally messed up. The food they gave me had been sitting around for awhile, and tasted stale. I?vetried calling them, and they don?t answer the phone. I came in today because I was on my lunch break and it said online that they were open, but of course they weren?t. Because why... would you be open in the middle of the day on a weekend? ???? no signage or anything in the drive thru to even indicate theywere closed. Dining room not open in the Middle of the day, hurts the bottom line of delivery drivers who have to wait in the drive through... line. Should not be open for service with Uber, postmates etc. Poor service Read more
I just stopped here to drop a deuce. The store was extremely dirty. The bathroom wouldn?t lock and was also extremely dirty. I... don?t think I would ever order any food from this location based on the cleanliness. If the lobby and bathroom are that bad,imagine how bad the kitchen is. Read more
This place just can't improve. Several time I have gone to this location over the years and each year it just gets worse. Food... orders not right or missing, not having what is advertised. The outside area just looks nasty like a truck stop parking lot.When you get what you supposedly ordered it looks like it's wrong dripping in sauce that you didn't ask for. Spicy when you askfor no spicy sauce. Burgers that definitely look bigger in the picture, when you get it... it looks like a kids size patty. Justnever going to this location again. Read more
