Reviews for Five Guys in Tualatin, OR
One worker running the whole place. This kid is great! Didn’t get his name but He needs a bonus. This is the 2nd time this... week I whitenesses one guy carrying everyone's weight. Who ever is In charge of this location (tualatin) is useless, the wholestaff should be fired and hire 3 more of the kid that's working tonight. Not the girl, she was taking a break while this guyhustled and managed everything. Read more
The food was great the fries are fantastic yes there's a toss up between this and In-N-Out Burger. They're both great. But on... balance the five guy fries win. That said this particular spot was understaffed they said on the door there would be a delay andit was a little slower than I would have liked but they did the best they could with three people instead of five. Stillrecommended but FYI if you're crushed for time call ahead and see if they're running behind. Read more
Great food, but terribly long wait. Even on a Sunday night with 10 guests in the lobby. No fault of the employees, but it’s... clear they’re very understaffed. My wait time for a bacon cheeseburger and fries was nearly 35 mins…with only 4 in frontof me. Come in five guys, you can do better :) Read more
Went here two days in a row on my lunch break because yesterday I was craving a grilled cheese so I just got only that and the... lady who took my order and made my grill cheese accidentally gave me a bag of fries first and I almost walked out with someoneelse’s order but good thing I checked and so I kindly corrected her and she apologized and was so sweet about it andeverything when she realized that she gave me the wrong order so then she gave me my grilled cheese sandwich which was soooogood!! Then today, I came back because a cheeseburger sounded so good and so did a milkshake but I wasn’t that hungry todaybut she gave me a free milkshake for her mistake from yesterday even though I kept telling her it really was okay and thatit’s honestly not a problem! I like their food and I was so full I couldn’t finish my fries even though I got a “little”side of fries it still was a lot but it was so good. This location isn’t in a good spot because there is hardly any parkingbecause it gets so busy but also because there is another restaurant too and a couple other business’s there too. Read more
These two champions deserve a raise. Labor day weekend everyone called in sick except these two heroes. Seriously, l came in... with wife and two kids and watched them make at least 100 burgers in the time we were here. Zero backup, just crazy work ethicand a great attitude. Even as slammed as they were, the were kind and compassionate to every guest who came in. They make thischain look good Read more
Usually I love this location but my order tonight was completely off from the norm. Usually when you order fries they dump... extra in the bag… not half fill a single cup! Oh well! Read more
edit: hey, i hope you guys arent falling off, last 2 times ive been here ive had to wait over 20 minutes for a single burger &... shake, & the 2 teenagers taking my order had some stank face attitudes like their jobs are too hard or something. its not thathard to fake a smile and wait til the customer leaves to have an attitude, its called growing tf up. I have high expectationsfor places that sell food, i mean, im putting that stuff in my body, and im paying for it. Ive never been to a Five Guys but icame here on a reccomendation. I got the bacon burger and fries for about $12, expensive, yeah. i like that they start with justa patty and bun, no prerequisite toppings. I always have to ask 5x for no mayo and fast food places always still put mayo on myshlt anyway. Not here though. The bacon was crispy, not microwaved. The pickles are nice big chunks, not soggy little chips. Idont really like they way they handle onions, instead of grilling them as chopped rings, they dice them up and dont really grillthem long enough to caramelize the sugars right. The little cubes of onion kept falling out while i was eating. The fries werepretty close to being cooked too long, but only one of them was too crispy. Could use a little less salt and more seasoning butnot bad. The execution is what stands out though, seems like the cook made half an effort, and the cashier was attentive and ididnt have to repeat myself and double check everything. That sounds like a low bar, and it is, but seems everywhere else hasbeen getting away with selling us less lately. I like the simple foil wrapper too, keeps it warm longer, unlike the otherchains that use paper to save money. Keep it up you guys, thanks for not ruining my lunch break. (& slice your onions dont diceem) Read more
The first time I went to a five guys in West Linn, I was not impressed. It could have been just who was working. The one in... Tualatin seems to be consistently good. The online ordering is smooth and easy. The fries are also very good. Read more
