It's very very slow Drive thru in evening... Alert for the owner from good and regular customer...Who so is the Manager of this... Tim Hortons... Deploy 8-10 employees in morning but only 2-3 employees in the evening .. Please take care. I stuck in drive thrufor like 20 mins with my kids for just hot chocolate and Tim bits. Read more

Not as bad when I went at all, but service was slow. Love the patio.
States that it closes at 10pm, got to the drive-thru at 9:45pm and it was closed although the board was still lit up. There was... also another person behind us too. Went around to the front and the door was locked with the employee inside cashing out. We arefrom out of town and had hoped to grab a couple of coffees before heading out. Very disappointing! The location was the best part of it. Unfortunately, inside was not pleasant even its new. Noticeable, floors are always dirty... and tables are not been clean regularly. Also the worst part of it is the washroom. I'm local here and visited this place manytimes. I was hoping it could be nice someday but totally no improvement at all. It makes me disappointed with the same issuesespecially its food business, the hygiene is soo poor. I loved Tim's food especially the coffee, but how can be trusted if thefood is clean if the place is dirty. Seems to be the staff doesn't really care at all even they not busy. The flip over card(clean/dirty) at the top of the table was non sense at all. I ask the staff to clean the tables and washroom but no response atall. Read more
