My grande drink, light ice turned out to be venti, fill the ice as high to the brim as you can. The photo is even AFTER it... melted a bit! Realized once i was at the ferry so couldn't head back. The staff were nice though. Read more

Place used to a nice little spot to hang out. However customer has gone way down till. It took a few minutes for someone to say... hello and the after the cashier walked away and continued to make food with out even taking my order. Someone making drinksfinally did. Wowsers Folks! This place is crrraaazzzyyy. They were open, but doors were locked so I couldn't pick up my mobile order. We... walked to the window but they REFUSED to speak to us. So we asked one of the cars to kindly pick up our order for us. They saidno and said we MUST have a car! But we did a mobile order and didn't know you had to have a car. They actually said theycouldn't turn off mobile orders ????, which of course isn't true. We could see our drinks there but they just wouldn'tacknowledge us without a car. Eventually they brought our drinks to the doors. Insanity. Don't go here. Avoid this place atall costs. It's a nightmare. Read more

New to the area but frequent Starbucks user. Been to this location several times but have NEVER had my order correctly prepared!... But it's drive-thru so you can't tell until it's too late. Also just learned because it's a Drive Thru they charge more....like15% more but they don't tell you. Go to the other Starbucks & pay regular price....or change coffee places. Who needs to paymore for a Drive thru??? Read more

The lady at the register was so nice she managed to claim me Starbucks rewards when I forgot my actual card and only had the... barcode. As far as Starbucks coffee joints go, great barista's and awesome staff. Not the cosiest place to enjoy a coffee butthe drive-thru is convenient, especially if your in a hurry. Read more
