I?m hoping this can get directed to the manager. I?ve had a very stressful travel day with a sick toddler. She was sleeping on... me and I was desperate for food. I placed a mobile order but sent it to this store by mistake. I called and the man I spoke tosaid I could cancel and get in line at the proper store. I briefly explained my situation and he graciously called the store toplace the order for me. I just want to say thank you so much. You made a stressful day a little easier. Read more
I am a terrible dad. I ordered a warm kids milk and they handed me a double cupped drink that I gave to my child without... testing the temperature. It was scorching hot (too hot to hold without the second cup). Son burned his tongue and his skinturned bright red down the front of his chest where it splashed. I should have checked. They should have made the kids milkmarked warm as warm. Read more
It was my first time going to Starbucks and i had no idea what the sizes were for the cups and the cashier got all the size cups... and asked which one would i like. I said the biggest one and the drink i want. when my order was done i forgot to tell him myname but he remembered that i ordered that drink. Overall great tasting drinks, great service and great prices, 6 dollars for alarge. Read more
Just learned that they charge more because they're a Drive thru? Huh?? Not a little though but 15% premium over what you pay at... the other Starbucks in Tsawwassen. Plus....they have almost NEVER made my drink order correct! FYI. Who needs to pay premiumprices for a Drive thru? Read more

Free Matcha is HEAVEN! I managed to score a free Soy Matcha Frappuccino on my Starbucks rewards balance at this great Starbucks... location just next to Bass Pro Shop within Twassen Mills. As always, fantastic grade of tasting drink, portion sizes andcustomer service from every Starbucks location. An awesome spot to grab a slurp worthy dream whilst being dragged around themall for shopping. The staff are super friendly, accommodating and awesome at making super yum beverages. Read more

I used my own mug for my Chia Tea Latte as usual but there was some water left in the mug. I asked the clerk to dump for me but... the senior clerk overheard my request and said ? We cannot dump it for you.? Immediately I drank it up and gave it back forfilling my order. I have written and requested a good explanation for this refusal which didn?t make sense at all! Read more
