I asked for turkey on my sandwich and the man behind the counter told me he can?t do that and that I need to leave or he?s going... to call the cops on me. I haven?t eaten all day and your employee was the rudest person I?ve ever met. He made me cry and ruinedmy vacation. Other customers behind me saw what he did and left after how he treated me. I?ve reported this location to thebetter business bureau and expect that employee to be fired for treating customers so poorly. Sorry to say I used to be a big Subway fan, but that is fading. Recent remodel of this location has it looking more like an... antiseptic Apple store. Prices have gotten ridiculous. I used to be able to get 2 foot longs, 2 drinks and chips for me and myson for $20-25. Last time I went i ordered the same footlongs, no drinks and no chips and it was $43. I get that things are moreexpensive now but this is out of line. I'll eat at home from now on. Read more
It must be nice to own a magic sea monster that charms every male boss you'll ever have in life so things like accountability,... the ability to work, or even put together someone's sandwich in front of them because you've got a call in order you're decidingto put between me and my kids sandwiches. We waited at drive thru 18 minute while the jeep in front of us continued a conversation with his working employee friend. The... employee not caring he had a line. We finally got out of line at drive thru parked and went in. Upon this another customer didthe same tired of waiting while these teenagers finished their personal business. This was almost a year ago. I was ordering off the app like I usually did. I had stopped using the app after this incident. I... had visited New Mexico location over the weekend from Texas. So when I was done with my order I didn't realize I ordered fromthe wrong location until it was finalized that I had gotten the old location from where I was in NM. I called and they canceledmy order. And I called back to bc I forgot to ask how long is it going to take to get my refund. These people did not answer mycalls. And when they finally answered it was nothing but a LOUD beeping sound of the toaster machine. The beep was so loud andunexpected and done on purpose. I never forgot about the rudeness I received from that Subway store ever. I never used the appagain and still never gone to a Subway again. They weren't wearing their masks oh, I was afraid catching the covid-19 virus. I asked them to put their masks on and they... wouldn't they got mad I asked to speak to the manager and the tall Slim Man said he was the manager and to get out of his storehe said that repetitively he was extremely mad. What happened to the manager that was in there before? he was really nice. Iwill never go back there again. They are unsupervised and act illiterate. Read more
