The employees were great and super friendly; however, the food (especially for $25 for one person for a BLT, a little French... fry, a milkshake, and a drink) was far from great. The BLT had hardly any mayonnaise on it, so I had to go get mayonnaisepackets. The fries were undercooked and way, way oversalted. Both Freestyle machines were out of carbonation, so all thedrinks tasted flat. I tried to get the sweet tea, but it was warm, so it tasted watery once it mixed with the ice. Everything,except the service, could've been better. It may have just been one of those days, but I was very disappointed, especially forthe price I paid. I didn't want to be difficult and complain about every, single thing, so I ate what I could and threw therest away. It may be a while before I attempt to go back because, overall, it was not a very good experience. Read more

Nasty and unorganized. Workers played around the food as customers watched them. My food ended up in 4 different hands and the... bunz were reheated twice like customers wasn't watching. I would give a ZERO if I could. Asked for a supervisor and arefund this young guy that was also playing said he was the manager and his word of concern was "what's up?". Never addressedconcerns with a grin like it was funny. Fries were beyond salty and nasty. Horrible..I wouldn't feed my dog from that place.Let's talk about health department. Read more
Ate lunch here recently, service was fast and courteous, food hot and exactly as ordered. Ate a few peanuts during the short... wait. A bit pricey but food was excellent. Went for lunch here today (Saturday), ate inside. as you see plenty of fresh roastedpeanuts to munch on if you have to wait. I ordered the big bacon burger, fries and drink. The burger was exactly as ordered anddelicious. Spoke with Tim, a manager, I asked him how it is that most of the fast food places do not have enough help. He saidthey try to pay their people good and treat them fair so they stay. These are not fast food paddies that are half beef and halffiller. These are the kind of burgers you want when you want a really good burger. The standard burger has two paddies so it isvery filling. As you see from their sign they do not freeze their meat, it is fresh. Try these folks out, you will be glad youdid. I will be going back that is for sure. Store & employees appeared clean. Burgers were good BUT the Cajun fries had way too much seasoning on them, so much so they... weren't edible. Had a friend try them & they choked on the seasoning. Took them back to the counter & employee exchanged forregular fries....that had so much salt on them that we both choked. & we love salt but that was ALOT. Doubt we'll return to thislocation due to the heavy handed seasoning. We generally love five guys just not this one. Read more
You know what you?re getting at a chain like this. The burgers are good and filling. A bit pricey. The fries are plentiful and... fairly good. A bit salty today, but that?s not always the case. Love the peanuts to much on while you wait. Speaking of which,wait time was reasonable. Read more
Nice place, first time visiting this location and was caught off guard that they have no parks at the door, they reserved for... the restaurant next door so you cant get front door service. Guess Five Guys customers are not that special. However the staffwas friendly and the food was delicious. Still overpriced in my opinion but what would i know about that. They couldnt even getno front parks at the door in the lease so what would i know about value... Read more
