Chicken was soggy. Sandwich tasted like it was sitting around for a while. Small amount of sauce. Didn't taste fresh.

I just quit the Popeyes at Trumbull mall. They GOT ROACHES like crazy, o don?t want bring no roaches home, they heavy on... throwing away good food at the end of night, the manager got so much going she can?t even train ppl the right way. It?s theroaches for me. All they do is push you out the way and make it seem like your not fast enough they tell you to do a thousandchores at one time. The manager is so bipolar. Went to the Trumbull Mall location. We were so disappointed. The chicken sandwich was awful. Didn't even have a pickle on it.

I love the chicken but the customer service sucks! Why don't they hire someone who is respectful and with no attitude. Q

Made two combo orders nothing complicated, the man taking my order told me they wouldn?t make blacken tenders which I would have... liked but it wasn?t a big deal. When I received my order the sides were wrong and when I went up to ask for a swap out the sameman insisted I ordered wrong until I showed him my receipt. Then when I ate my meal I realized he gave me the wrong flavor oftenders. Disappointing to say the least. Read more

Ordered three kids chicken tender meals - which come with chicken tenderS and fries. They also come with some stickers for the... kids as advertised by the big poster my daughter noticed on the cash register as we walked by. Told the guy I didn't want thedrinks. He was nice and offered me biscuits instead of the drinks to trade. Honorable. Got the bag and left. Drove away. Lookedin one of the meal boxes to fine ONE chicken tender, one biscuit, and zero fries. Drove all the way back to the mall. Showed theguy and the woman who gave me the bag. He was visibly disappointed. There was another girl there who told him she was sorry (notme, just the manager guy) but she clearly didn't mean it. She was more annoyed that she had to do some work. I explained to theannoyed girl the meals were all missing the fries and the stickers. He response was "oh we don't have those". To which obviouslyI asked her why she has a giant poster about the stickers and she should probably take it down. She looked at me like I insultedher and said nothing. I tasted the fries and SINGLE TENDER and they were both horrible. Horrible. The kids didn't even want themthey were so bad. Can you imagine a fried chicken nugget and french fries being rejected by children? How bad they must havebeen. The biscuits were great, but that's probably because they were a gift. This place sucks except for the manager guy, he wascool. It's garbage food anyway. Deep fried fatty junk food. Bad experience.
