I ordered frozen chocolate with wiped cream they gave me milk with slight chocolate flavor in it and too bad
Today 11/9 at 2:45pm I ordered a tea with lemon and honey. I got a tea with lemon and sugar when I asked the girl for honey she... rudely said no honey and walked away. Another woman came by and I asked her do you not have honey (because I couldn?t completlyunderstand what the first one said) she said no we don?t have honey atleast she had the decency of speaking to me and notwalking away. I would put 0 if possible. I only go here because I work in the mall it?s the easiest. Every time I go the coffee is NEVER good.... Always taste like hot milk even when I get 1 cream. I tried seeing if they could make tea any better and it?s the same thing.Hot milk. They are always rude there, on their phones, dirty looks, rude remarks. Need to find better staff. Read more

The usual glaring "I was a doctor in my home country" type of service. Quite possibly the worst coffee I've had in 10 years,... including instant and hotel coffee. Took a few sips, dumped it out, and filled with water from a fountain. Read more

Staff is extremely clueless. Who ever is running this store. Really doesn't care. And it shows. To bad location is great.
