To preface this comment, I have always given people the benefit of the doubt and have never left a poor review. I?ve lived in... Trumbull for 25 years. I remembered back when this location offered both great customer service and food. Each and every yearit has been open I have seen a steady decrease in quality. Today I had one of the WORST experiences I?ve had in a long time.Upper management, you should consider hiring all new staff for this location. Horrible customer service! We ordered online pick up and after getting home we noticed one of the sandwiches wasn?t in the bag. We had to drive back there... (a 20 minute drive) and they didn?t even apologize for forgetting one of our orders. It was the first and last time we buyanything there. Read more
I have been to this establishment twice and have had very negative experiences both times. Today, I tried it again and it was... even worse then before. I was the only customer there and when I started ordering I was quickly cut off by the girl behind theregister who told me she?s not in charge of taking orders and points at her coworker 2 feet away. I try to order a breakfastsandwich and was told they are out of eggs. I ordered a lunch sandwich and they were out of lettuce and tomato, which I was toldafter they already started making my sandwich. So I ended up with a single piece of deli meat on a bagel, which I paid $8 for.Maybe people have better experiences in the morning, but I would definitely not avoid this place after 11 am, as they didn?thave all the ingredients for any of the sandwiches on the menu. Worst sandwich I ever had nothing like the picture they show on the flyer, impossible to eat don't ever ask for avocado bacon,... some of the staff are too lazy to clean the place so they aren't allowing people eating in. Almost every single time I have been here the workers are rude, and the bagels are always messed up or gross. The thing that... really sealed the deal for me was being given a raw bagel, which was extremely undercooked. Definitely go to J bagel in Trumbullor Bagel Delight in Newtown instead. Read more
So I?ve had bagels from this establishment a handful of times. No complaints. The bagels are very fresh, for sure different... taste than the Dunkin down the street. This is one of the better options for the very local area, there?s a small parking lotwhich has access to a bigger lot in the back of the building. For sure different choices for a morning bagel, the staff is verynice and they?re fast. Read more
