The food I've received at Taco Bell in Truman doesn't look anything like the pictures they are showing. I have never got... anything that look like their pictures. The service has always been slow. I actually seen one of the managers come out frombehind the counter and getting a cuss fight with a customers who was complaining about his order taking so long. Absolute horrible establishment. Terrible service, terrible food, and no one knows how to take an order correctly. If I could... put 0 stars I would. Back again, whoever the woman is that takes the orders who wears the headset on one ear and an airpod inthe other is the worse worker I have seen in my 18 years of life. Absolute worst place to try to get food in Trumann. They're beyond rude and then can't even fix your food right. I've been there... several times trying to give them another chance but tonight changed all of that. I ordered 3 5 layer burritos with no sourcream got home and they all had sour cream. I called them told them what I had and the lady just kept saying okay over and over.She wouldn't let me speak to a manager claimed she was on break even though I watched the manager go in from her break while Iwas there. She asked me did I want to come get more made right and I asked her how long it'd be and she just told me she didn'tknow. It's not hard to do your job and do it correctly. Rude order taker/server. Keeps earbuds in and waves dismissively. Was in line for over 50 minutes and still had to wait at... window. Had to ask three times for a copy of my receipt. Still actively waiting as I'm posting this. Read more

Worst! Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes and nobody bothered to answer. Me, plus 3 other vehicles drove off. I understand... ?short staffed? but to have gotten service the way that we did (which was none) is beyond ridiculous! This is to the Truman taco bell my nephew works very hard on his job All he wanted was to go somewheres on his... lunch break and get him something decent to eat so he went to taco bell in Truman to eat but when he got his lunch he found outwhen he got back to work he found out what they had done the girl who gave him his lunch was laughing at him because she knewwhat she had done. he ordered bean and beef and cheese burrito they put beans on half of it and the rest on the other half andthe taco they threw it in the bottom of the bag and crumbled up the paper and threw it on top and she thought that was funnydidn't realize my nephew works very hard for his money my nephew went that morning to buy his lunch he deserved to betreated better than that! To the lady that thought it was so funny that my nephew needed to be treated that way was veryunprofessional!
