This relatively new spot in Truckee is adorable and tasty. We went during the holiday season and they had everything all... decorated with a tree by the fire and mulled wine on the menu. All the dishes dishes are made with local ingredients and theselection we tried (arugala salad, cauliflower soup, and a cheese board) were great. They were also extremely accommodating ofour gluten intolerant and celiac needs. We'll definitely be back, perhaps to check out one of the loved music nights. Read more
The food is amazing at Philosophy! My wife?s green salad was the best I?ve ever had! Her ceviche was also great. My... meatball app was great, but the home run was my shrimp gumbo. All local food and it shows!!! Mmmm. This establishment isamong my favorites in Truckee now! Read more
