I had a hamburger (not elk or bison), and it was okay. The bun looked like it would be good but was a little cool, like it had... been taken out of a refrigerator but not given quite enough time to come up to room temp. The meat patty was a good size at a1/3 pound but was over-cooked and dry. The people were nice, and the place was clean. Nothing special, though. Read more

Wish I took some photos but just dove into the food. The burgers were amazing! We had 1/3 lb NV elk burgers and bison burgers on... brioche buns. You can create you own burger from there or add on to it. It comes with the basics including bacon but you can goas big as you want with the extras. We showed up right before closing so they were out of fries so we ordered the onion rings. Isuggest a small order of rings to go with cuz the burger is a meal! Read more
