This was one of the worst Subways I have ever been to. Krystal the manager is the issue here, her disrespectful approach to... customers and horrible attitude is uncalled for. After she made my sandwich she applied so much vinaigrette that the sandwichwas inedible. She did remake my sandwich but decided to vocalize her issue with my complaint loudly and disrespectfully. Passthis subway up if you can, I am sure you will have better service elsewhere. Read more
12/7/2022 this subway person didn?t show up to customers literally for 2 hours
( VERY disappointed subway ) The young girl working just literally called me stupid twice , very disturbing disrespectful ,... after I was being ????RUSHED ???? then her coworker told me that the bosses ,and management are timing them , this is notMacdonald's drive thru . This location from corp to management to employees need to wake up . Sandwich was good but they had a hard time honoring the advertising board which offered a footlong and a drink for less than $7.... Had to involve management who reluctantly accepted the board offer. Destiny and Marie did a great job with my order, another woman working behind the counter was VERY rude to Marie in front of... customers. The card reader was also having issues so I hope management does not blame the workers for the increased time. Onestar off for upper management setting a terrible culture for the workers to be rude to each other - probably because they?reworried about being timed for orders. Read more
