As far as the food is concerned it's your typical McDonald's. But the customer service needs improvement. In the dinning room I... had to clean up a table just to use. All of the tables were dirty and stayed that way the entire time I was there, no one cameout to clean or even check on the dining area. Then when I went to get a coffee refill I was being overlooked until I saidsomething. I just don't understand. Read more
I dont think you can ever go to a mcdonalds and expect a good customer service, girl wearing yellow hoodie at 6:40pm was very... rude. I dont even know why she wasnt even in her uniform. Didnt say out the order number just placed there and threw the numberslip in trash. Mcdonalds just hire anyone, they look for the laziest people. Read more

We were on a road trip and wanted to grab a "quick something" and hit the road after gassing up at the Love's it is connected... to. This McDonald's was not quick at all. Our order of the nuggets bundle meal and 1 quarter pounder took 20+ minutes in thedrive thru from the time they took our order. 5 minutes waiting in line to place our order (this is not included in the 20+minutes). 10 minutes after placing our order we finally made it thru the pay window and we were at the pick up window.., wherewe were asked to pull forward; they were waiting on our nuggets (we placed our order over 10 minutes ago, how long do fast foodnuggets take, but ok we pull forward). 10+ minutes of waiting for our nuggets and my husband goes in to check on our order. Theyare bagging it up finally... The fries must have been staged for bagging and waiting on the nuggets too, because they weren'tfresh and hot like the nuggets were :( On the brighter side, the spicy nuggets hit the spot. We had never tried them before andwe were pleasantly surprised. This was around noon on a Sunday. Read more
This McDonald?s makes their own hours, it has been numerous times that they have their drive thru closed off at 7:30am. This is... unacceptable and becoming ridiculous. Get it together and hire employees who show up on time. Your customers are mostly on theway to work and stopping by for hopefully a fast hot meal. Read more
Employees were hiding out in the back. One guy stood at the counter and shouted back to them and they just kept talking, so he... walked off - started telling other potential customers that he thought they were closed. They aren?t properly trained on tableservice orders - mine was never delivered. I had to go ask for it - it was just sitting on the counter by the fry warmer and hadbeen ready for 5min or so.
