The kids at this location appear to have zero management or guidance.Too laid back.My pizza was great,it was done fast,and I was... treated politely.My issue? I walked out with my pizza and not having ever been to this location I thought it might be a goodidea to look at it before leaving.Now keep in mind I have left the store at this point with what I thought was my pizza.I hadordered a simple 3 topping pizza.Upon opening the box the smell of green peppers, which I hate,was overwhelming..greenpeppers....sausage....not my pizza! I went back in and explained and they found my pizza sitting there.Now my issue is they tookthe wrong pizza that I had left the store with and put it back on the shelf with THE RIGHT ticket for the customer to pickup.Disgusting.It should have went right in the trash.Good job running off a first time customer.The employees have time to lookat a cell phone,stand around and tell jokes and stories,but cant hand a customer the correct pizza order.Where is management?? Always enjoy Donatos. Great service and food came quickly. Pizza was hot and ready when expected!
Really gone downhill in the past 2 years. My pizza arrived cold, the spinach was just dumped on top of the cheese, not cooked... under like in the pictures, and the delivery driver didn't even knock or ring the doorbell to let me know he was here. I'm tootired to wait for a replacement pizza so I'm going to try to warm it in the oven. Read more
