We used to be really regular customers but it seems like the taste isn't quite there sometimes but we were there last night and... they had to take the pizza back because it was poorly cut. As we were eating it I told my husband it was poorly cut because thecrust isn't fully cooked and the flavor sucked but we were hungry so yes we ate it. We seen the guy that usually is there whenwe are there just coming to work so I told him. He said sorry about that and told the guy that was in charge and that guy saidwhat was the problem so I repeated it and all that guy said was sorry. It might be long time before we go back. Does this look like a deluxe with extra cheese ? One of the most pathetic pizza I've ever seen!!
We ordered three x-large pizzas. Two were all meat and one supreme. The all meat had huge chunks of sausage. We were expecting... your ground up sausage. We were told the five meat pizza always had the big chunks of sausage unless we asked for the fineground. When I ordered our pizzas no one ask us which sausage we wanted. I was totally unaware of the large chunk sausage. Noone liked those two pizzas. Please get rid of the chunked sausage. It spoils your pizza. Yuk! Read more
I?m disappointed with this location, I went in and an employee was complaining about being the only one working and talking... about his manager and being left there?to the people ahead of me. Then when he got to me, my pizza had been sitting on the endof the conveyor for the entire time. He couldn?t find my order on the computer, and I ended up pointing at my pizza and saying?that?s probably it?, I could see it from the cash register. He cut it and gave it to me, I didn?t check it, because I thoughtI had seen enough from the side on the belt. However, when I got back to visiting my mom, I realized the pizza was horriblymade, it was almost exactly like little caesars, the toppings were clearly slapped on carelessly in the middle of the pizza. Ihad been excited to try the hand-tossed style, and my son was excited to as well, but we were very disappointed. I?ve noticedproblems with this location anymore, it seems a great product ruined by poor or unprofessional customer service. I hope it getsturned around with Marions across the street. Read more
This place is the great eating pizza and order was easy to done. I forgot to order drink and ask them separately order then they... take care easily. There is personal size to HT-Large size. So good place to visit as group. Read more
The food was excellent. However, the shift manager was very unprofessional. The whole time I was in the store, which was 20+... minutes later than I was quoted for a pick up time, he complained about his job and his managers. Read more
