First off I would not waste your money on loaded nachos.wasnt even hot $13 for something with hardly any toppings as we paid $3... extra for pork and $1.50 guacamole, which wasn't even enough to cover not even quarter of our nachos that was flavorless. Wealso got barbecue Pizza that was smothered in so much sauce it was nauseating. This has been my past experience as well, thinkI'm just done with this restaurant. Read more
Something has changed, and not in a good way. Lunch today took almost two hours, our server was very kind but definitely... overwhelmed. The place was 1/3 occupied at the time, seems like other staff could have stepped in to help her out. Missing items as usual. A kids drink and an order of onion rings we paid for were missing. Also, there was only one piece of... chicken on each bun, filling only half. Edit: I did fill out that form. Instead of actual reimbursement, I received anautomated response offering points in a rewards program I would have to join. Read more

I love coming to get the wings at Bdubs, but the service and food quality has went down. I came in with my friend on Sunday... around 8:30 pm and ordered wings. When I got the wings they had basically no sauce on them as if they just drizzled a bit on.Waitress took a while to get our drinks even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. When we received our food wedidn?t get silverware or napkins. Overall, I do like bdubs I just wish for the future that the employees would try a bit harderwith the customer service. Read more
I was a bit disappointed with the one lone tender on my salad. It cost almost as much as 10 wings! And even though I had asked... for medium sauce, there was none in my bag when I got home. Bring back the old salad!!!!! Read more
I feel sorry for the employee's...I really do. Extremely Poor Management Here. I Compliment awesome Management when experienced... and everywhere I go faithfully because I believe in doing that! This is the worst Bdubs I have ever been to! Oh but theemployee's here are awesome! Good luck. Read more
