Reviews for Slidin Dirty in Troy, NY
Visited Slidin Dirty in Troy, NY and there was no wait time at all. We decided to sit outside since the weather seemed nice for... the first 45 mins we were there, however, it started to rain so we shuffles our plates inside and we're able to find opentables. The ambiance outside is welcoming and fun, giving a NYC-esque vibe. Indoors, the atmosphere was busy but the service wasnot rushed, which allows for time to catch up with old friends. I ordered the Cobb Salad which is definitely enough for morethan one person. So if you get a salad share it amongst the table. I also order three sliders, the Flyin Shrimp, the SesameChicken, and the Southern Jam. The Flyin Shrimp was beyond amazing!!! I wish I would have ordered three of these alone. TheCilantro Cream and Honey Sriracha compliment the shrimp perfectly. The Sesame Chicken slider was ok, nothing too special and thefried chicken was a bit tough. The Southern Jam was good and the jalapeno gave a subtly but pleasant kick! Lastly I ordered amargarita, definitely not the best and I mostly like will not order it again. The margarita was on the salty side, while I dolove salt around the rim I do not enjoy the drink to taste as if there is tons of salt it in. Nonetheless, this will not stop mefrom returning to Slidin Dirty in Troy. Read more
I have some mixed feeling about slidin dirty. Hands down the best food ever no question about that. There Aloha Slider burger... was the best it was so nice I loved it to pieces. But we had to wait 45 minutes till our food came out and the pricing wasn?tcompletely explained to me so I end up paying $30 for 6 sliders. The waitress was very polite and the Atmosphere was reallygreat I do love to support local businesses in our area. Just be aware of the wait time and the price when you do come it Read more
Fantastic food and beer selection. Lots of variety. Awesome quality. We shared fried avocados for appetizers and both got 3... sliders and a drink each. Fast service, friendly staff. Should be higher than 4.1 stars Read more
Great place to have a bite. We were looking for a place to crash while at Troy Farmer's Market and ended up with a lovely meal... with pink lemonade and slider samplers. I recommend the Southern Jam slider with pimento cheese and BACON JAM. The shrimp tacowas also fantastic. Extra points to this fun restaurant for having abundant gluten-free options for my celiac pal. Read more
Nice chill spot to have a few drinks and a bite to eat while socializing. I had the burger with eggs. It was very delicious.... Staff was friendly. It is not like a sports bar so don't expect a lot of tvs with games playing which I thought at first. It wasstill very nice. Bathroom was clean, parking may be a little tough depending on the time you go, but the area is a good place towalk around. Read more
An excellent little gem hidden in downtown Troy. The drinks were great, bartender was willing to customize for me (seriously,... you'll hand stuff blue cheese in the olives? Marry me.), and the vibe is amazing. Old school rock and alternative music videosplaying, with the music videos projected on the wall. Definitely found my new bar here in Troy. P.S. - Ordered 3 sliders, butthey were so good I had already scarfed one down before remembering pictures. Read more
First time here and had a great experience. For a Tuesday night it was a lot busier than expected, and they had to shut the... kitchen down early. Our food took a while but it was worth the wait! Drinks were delicious, service was great and our server wasvery friendly. Read more
