Good fries and onion rings. Burgers are decent. Friendly service. The tables were a bit dirty.
Had 2 different brugers and a chincken sandwich. None of them were disappointing. Every bite was worth every dollar. But the... shakes being visually appealing, I could being myself to finish. We ordered delivered food, our order was delivered relatively quickly and was correct. Could have been warmer in my opinion. ... We ordered the patties with dry aged beef which honestly wasn't anything obvious in terms of the flavor, but texture wasexcellent. Fries and rings were good. Shake was good. We'll definitely try this place again, expensive, but perhaps thebest burger in the Troy area. Read more
This goes out to the owner of this establishment: I have never been to your restaurant so I can?t rate the food. But I looked at... the reviews to get a feel for the opinions of people who HAVE eaten there. What I saw was just as telling - you thank the peoplewho give high ratings but seem to dismiss/ignore the people who have legitimate complaints - restaurant closing earlier thanposted time, food deliveries never arriving, etc. My advice would be to flip that coin- put 90% of your effort into things thatneed fixing. The pictures aren?t the best, but ordered through Uber Eats. However, the burgers and hot dogs were so good. The only gripe I... have is, I wished the hot dogs didn?t need toppings when ordering through the app. BUT everything was delicious. Their onionrings and French fries were great. There's a lot of things wrong with our order. If you select "no bun" they place the paper right on top of your cheese pealing... 90% of it off. If you ask for extra pickles you get two more then usual. The fries and onion rings are undercooked. Everythingis fresh and tastes good (despite before mentioned undercooked stuff) but if I'm paying $50 for two burgers and a half order offries and a half order of onion rings why are these things an issue?
