Chicken was kinda dry here. The breading was decent. Mac and cheese was great, biscuits were a bit undercooked and the red beans... and rice had a bit too much rice in it. This is all in comparison to the other Popeyes establishments in the area. Read more
Their chicken is great but the size of the chicken pieces like the drumstick and the wing are smaller now, yet the prices went... up. They also needed to change the oil out of the fryer, and their receipt machine wasn't working. The sides were on pointthough. Read more
The food is always great when they can get your order right. I've been inside and to the drive thru. They always mess up simple... orders. One time I got spicy chicken when I ordered mild and my kids couldn't eat it. Another time I repeated myself twice withthe side orders I wanted at the window and they still gave me the wrong sides. I liked their food but when you order spicy chicken expect to get half and half because they sneak the regular in when they run... out and put it off as if it?s hot. 05/09/2022 Just ordered chicken from Popeyes and will never again. The food was amazing for fast food the staff not so much. They had too many new people working the front end. I had one couple... in front of me beforere they finished their order and started mine ten plus people behind me. Either take more than one orderat a time or put new people in the back. Read more
Its a mostly normal Popeyes. My main issue with this location is that their stock in items seems to vary wildly and they are... very good at screwing up spicy vs non-spicy orders of chicken. In my experience there is about a 50% chance of them havingnon-spicy chicken late in the day past 5pm. When you order online, even if you say to cancel the order if non-spicy isavailable, they will still make you the spicy chicken and take your money, very unprofessional. Read more
