I don't know when this started, but this location has started locking their doors when public schools are being let out. I... completely understand and agree that this is for a good reason. But when someone walks up to the door, there is no signagestating that the doors will be locked between the time of A & B; and that only the drive-thru and mobile orders will be acceptedat the moment. When I did finally complete my mobile order and was moving through the drive through, the kids were standingright next to the cars in line as if the cars were parked. I finally get my food and make it home, just to find a completelyincorrect order. The customizations were incorrect and items were missing. I called the McDonald's I'd went to just to make noteof the mistake, which is exactly what the receipt and mobile app will say to do if you have received a mistake or incorrectorder. The call had went straight to voicemail each time I'd tried to call. I'd ended up needing to reach out to the owner viaemail (whom I give much appreciation to for at the very least answering me) just for anyone to acknowledge that I'm trying toreport a mistake in a timely manner. They make you pull around to the side instead of waiting at the drive through window for your order. You ask for ketchup and... "I'll put it in the bag" they say. It is never in the bag. If they let you wait at the window like a normal drive through, youcould just ask when they forget, but instead you have to park and go inside for it. Read more
Cold food after a 25min wait at curbside for my mobile order of a happy meal & a lrg fry n 2 sodas. One of which was laying on... its side in my bag when they finally brought it out to me and it had soaked through my bag and threw all of my food before Ieven realized it. The food was stale besides soggy from the soda ice cold and I was the only car waiting there was no one indrive-thru waiting either so why did it take 25 minutes to get an order that I placed on my way to this McDonald's. And who thehell lay s a soda in a paper bag with no carrier on its side? Besides that my daughter's six-piece nugget Happy meal only hadthree nuggets in it! Decent experience as fast food goes. Wasn't sure if it was because I & some friends came in a little later at night the reason... why it took awhile to wait for the food. I did see kindness of the staff to customers tho. The location is convenient off amajor road in Troy, but I personally think they need more space for vehicles. Read more
????This is another review im not really happy to do at this location considering I get alot of deliveries here. Customer... service is always poor ???? for me personally and from a delivery perspective. ???? This time I was told I couldnt take photoseven considering that i was waiting around for my clients order ????. Witch is sad because this locations interior atmosphere isbeautiful done ???? its way nicer than most McDonald's. Deliveries were not ready and included alot of wait time as usual. Somy clients got there food late as well. Maybe one day it will get better ????. Read more
I usually don?t get McDonald?s but when I do, it?s a treat to myself. Anyway.. I ordered a 2/$3.50, a large fry and a drink. I... waited about 10-15 minutes(it was pretty busy, nbd) in the drive thru all for them to give me only the drink and the large fry(& the sweet and sour sauce). Traffic was pretty heavy so I just left and started munching on my fries because they were rightthere on top. About 5 minutes later, I realized I didn?t have my nuggets or cheeseburger. I called them and let them know aboutthis situation and they said to come through the drive thru or come inside. I informed them that I had an appointment to getto(tattoo appointment) and won?t be returning for awhile. They said okay. Stupid me for not grabbing the name of the girl whotook my call. This was at 2PM. I came back at 6PM and they told me they couldn?t do anything because of the time lapse. ARE YOUKIDDING ME?! So they decided they just wanted to take my money that I work hard for. And yes, it?s not a lot. But it?s somethingenough for me to be annoyed by the fact. MCDONALDS IS ALSO A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. I?m sure they wouldn?t hurt over $3.50/tax.I called the number at the bottom of my receipt, twice might I add, and still haven?t gotten it situated so I thought to givethis review instead.
