I have had the eggplant parm dinner several times. It is always amazing. The one dinner fed me and my son and had leftover for... lunch the next day. It's even better the day after. Even My son who is a chef was impressed by the sauce. Whatever your doingkeep doing it. The sauce is definitely homemade. Although I live about five minutes away I haven?t ordered from this place in about 10 years? I ordered for the first time in a... long time tonight I ordered 20 wings? We have ordered from here many many times and its been delicious and consistent, but tonight the pizza was terrible the crust... was burnt and the dough tasted old and was very chewy flavorless very disappointed, called them and complained and all they didwas give us a $10.00 credit. That was our dinner and my husband was very hungry he ended up making a liver wurst sandwich and Ihad a bowl of cream of wheat and toast. This is definitely the best pizza shop in South Troy. I'd also mention that the other Inferno locations in the cap distract are... not as good as this one for some reason. I've tried almost all of them. Try the square 10 cut pizza for $10. Sofa-King good, myfave! Read more
I have been eating here for years because we used to live nearby and I enjoyed it so much that I now drive 30 minutes to get... their food. I always get the square pizza and it is the best cheese pizza I've had in the tri-city area. And I'm pretty pickyabout pizza. The sauce is just right, the crust nice and crispy without being dried out or hard... I love the boneless buffalotenders too. The medium buffalo sauce was the perfect level of heat, the tenders had nice breading. 2 slices for $6 with a soda not bad and pizza is fresh def a place to go
The staff is super friendly and the food is really good! We got a meat lovers pizza. It was right out of the oven and delicious!
