I have had the eggplant parm dinner several times. It is always amazing. The one dinner fed me and my son and had leftover for... lunch the next day. It's even better the day after. Even My son who is a chef was impressed by the sauce. Whatever your doingkeep doing it. The sauce is definitely homemade. We have ordered from here many many times and its been delicious and consistent, but tonight the pizza was terrible the crust... was burnt and the dough tasted old and was very chewy flavorless very disappointed, called them and complained and all they didwas give us a $10.00 credit. That was our dinner and my husband was very hungry he ended up making a liver wurst sandwich and Ihad a bowl of cream of wheat and toast.
