Horrible horrible service. Order was completely messed up. When I went back I was yelled at and told that I was in the wrong and... was told I had to pay for the food that wasn?t in my order previously. Even though it was their mistake!! Definitely come here if you want your order to be WRONG. I literally come here so often and they always get something wrong. So... please double check everything before driving away and keep your receipt! Also make sure to check that your food isn?t burned toa crisp. It took me forever to get my money back on a croissant that was burnt so badly it was hard and looked like charcoal.Had to keep it to show to the manager the next day in order to get a refund on a gift card. I ordered hot caramel macchiato today, i had to wait 2 full minutes at the window before anyone opened the window. They were... chatting and laughing inside and moving around. When someone finally opened the window, she asked me to pay a different bill. Icorrected her, she gave me my coffee. It was a not what I ordered. She said everything should be what I ordered which was not.These girls need to be better trained at customer service. When someone is waiting at the window they shouldn?t be chatting andwhen the order is wrong they should offer to give you a new one. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!
