Walked in and was asked if we were dining in by a lady sweeping the floor. We said yes, and they told us to pick a seat. All of... the sudden, two ladies walked up and informed us that the dining room area was closed, because they were short staffed, anddidn?t have a server. All the while, there were six people standing around, shooting the breeze. Also, the store hours said theywere open until 10pm in the dining area. Still not sure how much ?serving? was needed to be done, to take an order and bring apizza to a table, but either way, they just lost a regular customer, and we will share this story with everyone. Wow! Way to turn Everything around! The server Mavin was AWESOME!!! She was informative, attentive and polite to say the least.... She want out of her way to make us comfortable. When I informed her of mushroom allergy, she made sure the pizza was made in amushroom free environment and was cut with a new clean pizza cutter. Way to look out for customers. When we sat down she madesure we had everything we need and our drinks never let our drinks empty! The store was spotless when we got in and we know why!I watched Mavin sanitizing everything that was touched constantly. Our food was amazing, hot and delicious! The wings wereamazing. The pizza is more consistent than other national chains and the new melts a great for a swing shift worker. I get basically half... a pizza for the same price as 1 burger with the chain stores. Melts have the best bang for the buck! What's preventing a 5 starreview is this locations storage of pizza boxes in the dining area. It makes a dine in customer feel unwelcome.
