I walked in last night and immediately walked out. I have never before been to a restaurant so dirty in my life. There was a... weird smell the moment I stepped in the door and then from there the floors were gross, there was some trash on the floor, andyou could see the layers of baked on grease that had collected on the warming area. I would give no stars if possible. First let me say I thoroughly enjoy KFC food. Especially the Original Chicken! This evening I... stopped by to get an 8 piece Original, fries, coleslaw and a small side and if gravy. There were 5 people in the dinning areaall getting their food to go. I ordered my food. While I was waiting multiple customers from the drive through and dining areacomplained their orders were wrong. After 15-20 minutes a worker told me that they were out of Mashed Potatoes, which I didn'torder anyways. No one had come in and ordered after me. I heard the manager tell the workers to 'stop taking orders, don't takeany more orders, there is just too much going on". One of the workers came out to the lobby and locked the doors, another wentoutside an sent away the cars waiting in the drive through. After another 20 minutes of waiting I was given my order. 8 piece, 2slaws and biscuits, not what I ordered! I asked them to correct it and was given a small fry and was told they were out ofgravy. They would not substitute with anything but corn and would not refund my money. Very,very poor management! Read more
I have lived in troy for most of my life. I have even worked here before. When my husband went to go pick up dinner for our... family the employee told him we could not substitute something we have literally don't for 15+ years. Most of the food seemsokay which is not typical of this place anymore!!! They forgot half the sauces he asked for and the drive thru time is alwaysthe worst! Also when I order a mash potato I want more then a spot of gravy nothing like dry food. I keep giving themopportunities and they just screw it up everytime. Read more
Placed a mobile order and sent my teenage son to pick it up. They had the inside doors locked and the drive through told him to... wait out front. He waited for well over an hour while they brought every other customers food out. They did not answer thephones. Sent my wife to go up there and request a refund. Absolutely ridiculous service and behavior from staff. Read more
Very disappointed. We ordered a bucket of chicken we only received thighs. Chicken was horrible . We very rarely eat out and... this is what we got. Slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy were good. I gave them a 1 because I couldn't give them a -10. I wouldmake sure you check the quality of your food before getting home with it. We live 5 minutes from there so it wasn't like we letthe food sit before we decided to eat. I knew we should have tried the chicken strip or chicken sandwich. I don't know thatthey will get the opportunity since we had already said we were not going back because of our previous visit. Hoping otherpeople who spent their hard earned money for an out to eat special night had/ have better results. We will not make thismistake again. Read more
If you make it through the door without the greasy floors ripping your shoes off, you?ve made it past your first warning.... Probably best you don?t even peek in the bathrooms. Chicken tasted like it was 5 hours old. Best of luck. Whole place needspower washed. Read more
My husband picked up dinner for us tonight and we got what seems to be the norm lately... NOT WHAT WE ORDERED!!! My husbands 2... piece meal dark meat mashed with gravy and coleslaw came with mashed with gravy and a cookie, and the chicken pieces looked likethey came out of my toodlers play kitchen with play pieces of food perfect for the hands of a toddler. If it wasn't so pathetici would laugh! My husband took a pic but i dont see how to upload it. The leg was about as big as his thumb and the thigh maybethe palm of my hand . 3 bites maybe and it was only $9 I don't get it people used to care. I would hope for a call from themanager i. We will not be going back to this KFC! Twice now my husband and I have ordered food online for pickup at 7:30 and 8pm paid for... it and went to pick it up and the first time they told me they only had popcorn chicken available because they didn't feel likecooking chicken and our order at 7pm because they were trying to leave early! The second time we drove for our order and theywere closed at 8pm! When it says 10pm! Had to call for refunds twice!???? Bunch of lazy people working there! Read more
