Great tasting pizza! However, they lost a star for the poor customer/carryout service. There were plenty of workers who seemed... more interested in their phones than passing out orders. Like I said my bacon and pepperoni pizza was incredible. I also orderedsome t-ravs and they were excellent. Just too bad the customer service is what you remember...Update just visited this locationagain. I ordered the lunch special and it came with a 10" one-topping pizza and side of your choice. I ordered a pepperoni pizzaand garlic cheese bread. The lunch special came with a drink and cost $13.50. My food was delicious and the service was muchbetter. Read more
As someone who is from st louis im always grateful for imos pizza ???? the pizza was amazing and the salads are ALWAYS to die... for! Very and i mean VERY friendly staff as the window girl and i sparked up a conversation. She was very sweet and its justamazing seeing that kind of costumer service around here. I don't like leaving bad reviews and I'm not try to slander imos troy at all... I usually always have a good experience and food... is always good. I'm not sure if the online ordering app is having trouble or if it's a staffing issue but the app said it wouldbe 20- 30 min until my pickup order was ready. I gave it 30 just in case (even though the app said it was ready to pick upsooner than that). At the window I was told it would be another seven minutes. I pulled up and waited for 15 before it wasbrought out. (First world problem... I know... but was a little inconvenient). You should look into this if it becomes areoccurring problem. Read more
Been eating at this Imo's for years. The service & food are always great. I prefer to call in my order instead of ordering... online. Adian has always been great at explaining the deals and very friendly over the phone. I usually get Lilian or Shauna atthe pick-up window, both always smiling and very friendly. Delivery service is just as good, I haven't noticed any name tags onthe drivers, but all are very courteous. I highly recommend this family friendly restaurant. I ordered an XL deluxe, a small sausage, and 24 wings. $80 total plus I tipped thr driver $20. Both pizzas had minimal toppings... on them at best. The small sausage had 7 small pieces of sausage on it total. Yes, 7. The deluxe was no better. There was morecheese showing on the deluxe than all the other toppings total. Definitely not the experience I've had at other Imos locations.I had a similar experience a few weeks ago but decided to give them another chance. That will be the last dollar they get out ofme. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. It's ashame Troy can't get a local pizza place that puts out a goodproduct. Read more
We ordered 16 wings for delivery from the Troy Imos, we only got 15 and almost all of them were raw (few photos attached) called... again very nicely to let them know & get fully cooked wings-spoke to the manager Rachel who said she?d take care of it and wethought we?d get them re delivered since we paid the delivery fee but almost an hour passed and we called 6 times off the samenumber trying to reach them to ask if they were going to bring them and were ignored every time until we finally called with adifferent number the 7th time and they answered almost immediately, during which we received attitude from said manager Rachelbut finally got our wings? only to open them and only see 13 instead of the 16 we paid for. 1st time to this location as I passed through Troy on a road trip. Live out of state now but stopped for dinner. Very nice... manager and staff. Of course, the pizza was amazing as always. Definitely a must if you eat out or around the St Louis area.Even picked up some souvenir t-shirts. Read more
