Orders Sausage Cheese Biscuit, guy on the speaker says okay cheese and sausage biscuit. Get to window and they give me 2 egg and... cheese biscuit, oh well stuff happens so I wait for them to come back. I tell them "Sorry this was supposed to be Sausage andCheese" She replies "Okay I will go get EGG AND SAUSAGE" And really brought it back haha. Can't make this stuff up hahahaha Read more
Hardee's has a wonderful mushroom swiss burger, that I get all the time, they also have curly fries which is a treat. Troy... restaurant is great the food is hot when you get it, not cold. Come on Hardee's, we gotta do better. I know it's not a gigantic ordeal but coming from someone who has worked in a kitchen my... whole life and love it, when I see a sandwich come out of a restaurant (especially of an establishment of this size) lacking thetop of the sandwich as much this one was, it really makes me wonder how much the employees dislike their jobs. This points tomanagement and the working environment in which this employee is working. I get that we get very busy at times but the personwrapping this sandwich knew what was being sent out. Rather they are being pushed to hard so stopping to fix this problem wasn'tan option and just sent it out or they just didn't care enough to take the 45 seconds to slap together a new sandwich that ittakes to make this simple sausage and egg biscuit but we honestly gotta do better. It's part Art and part Common Sense behindwhat we do. It's gotta look good, taste good and make sense. A sandwich with most of the top missing doesn't look good nor doesit make sense. *Being petty: My other sausage egg biscuit had cheese on it (it was delicious!). But it was technically free (buyone get one free) so I can't complain about not being charged for cheese. I came here this morning and the line was pretty long. I ordered and the wait was about 20 minutes just to get to the window.... when i payed and went home. I got 2 Bacon Egg And Cheese Biscuits, Biscuits and gravy, potato bites, and 2 dr peppers.Everything was delicious but, the second Bacon Egg And Cheese Biscuit was absolutely disgusting. The bacon was burnt and the eggwas frozen sold. the potato bites were so greasy. costumer service is amazing. but the food is not it. Read more
Welcome to Hardee's, where the staff are friendly but the food is lacking. The store was very clean. Honestly, it should be. I... almost never see anyone eating there. The sandwich my wife got was really oily as it had only been toasted on one half. I gotthe chicken biscuit. My opinion is that it tastes like it was cooked previously and microwaved today for me. The chicken hadzero crispiness and was overcooked. The staff are so friendly that I was sure I'd have a great experience, but the food reallylet me down. Sorry to say I probably won't be back. Our burgers were overcooked. Even with all the extra stuff (lettuce, pickles, Ketchup, etc), they burger was dry, and the... fries were slightly warm, at best! Read more
