Terribly long wait, rude unhappy worker at window - sourpuss face and did not utter a word. Burgers were stone cold and cooked... to death. Terrible experience. Don't go. Here is how you fix the problem, i do not want and apology, or be directed to a linkfor more details. Hire a Supervisor that ensures your workers treat there customers respectfully. Not much to ask for, justdon't be rude. If they won't prove they can do that, fire them and keep firing them until you find someone who can perform thejob that they are being paid for, correctly. Also, figure out how you can get your employees to hand the paying customers aburger that is not cold and burnt to a crisp. It is easy. It is called "Management". I will not be back. Read more
An old town fav!! Whenever we make it back to Michigan, we always stop by "White Castle"!! I tried the "veggie " burger this... time, as I didn't want to be punished with the normal burger greasiness, tummy ache and other discomforts. ???? I have to say it has been a long time since I have been to a white castle. There was one right down the street from me that I... used to visit, but for some reason, they decided to close it, and it is now a smoothing king. I loved getting chicken rings, andtheir chicken breast sliders are so good that they would get the crave case of sliders from time to time. So delicious. I hadheard about the 1921 sliders on the radio, and right after I listened to the commercial, I saw this place. So I decided to pullin. It was incredibly long on the particular Saturday afternoon in the drive-thru. I order a couple of the 1921 sliders with acoke. I ate my food in the parking lot, and I have to say the sliders were awful; not sure how lettuce and tomato were hot andthe beef patties were cold. It was like they microwaved the lettuce and tomato. And then when I went to take a drink of my coke,it was pretty much-carbonated water. All and all, it was an awful experience. Read more
This White Castle is the best, my double was perfect and fresh. It's sad to think that most of the area White Castles have... closed but this one is still great. I think its cool.that they decorate for the different holidays. Like right now they have stpatties day stuff up. Read more
Very rarely get orders correct. Last time I stopped in was last time stopping there. The order was wrong to a point we thought... they gave us wrong order. Tried ordering online on previous stop but out of stock on some items. Then said they needed toexchange items. Then they didn't add the items to replace out of stock items. Had problems on previous stops. Finally done withthis place. 2x in a row only had half of my order. Read more
