Disappointed in this place, I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, got no flavor in the coffee, just iced coffee. The employees... working at this location just made this location lose a customer I am not happy with the order I received. I paid for a coffeethat was done incorrectly, now I feel like I was ripped off due to this location. This place is ridiculous! I just went in at 1:40 and was told they were out of donuts! Ok, then I'll get a sandwich.....NO! ... They stopped serving food so they could clean! They were very RUDE!! Food and coffee here has always been delicious. The only complaint I have is that I keep getting ice caps with chocolate syrup... on the top and sides. They give napkins so I can clean it up, but it is still a bit annoying. Read more
