I don?t think I?ve ever gotten a donut not flipped upside down in a bag with all the frosting then coming off inside the bag. As... someone who has worked at a Tim Hortons in the past I never found it hard to make sure I set the donut right side up and notthrow food on top of it. Service is ok, you?ll get a rude staff member when you let them know they messed up the order. If youorder espresso in your coffee just know it?s 50/50 if you?ll get it or not and just know it?s 50/50 if your coffee will be burntas well. Read more

NEVER been to a worse Tim Hortons for customer service and attitude!! Asked for a coffee at senior price and they proudly... inform me- "We don't do that here!!' I have never been to a Tim Hortons in U.S. or Canada which did not?? Now I look at allreviews in the past month and it is ridiculous this place is in business!! Corporate Tim's, clean house and take the franchiseaway from this owner who has NO idea how to run a business!!!!!!!!!! Actually giving it and the workers there NO STARS!!! Afterreading many other reviews, I advise people to boycott this location! Almost any other Tim's will far surpass this location. Owner should not be in business. Read more

This morning I was in the driving through to get my coffee and my phone rang as I was about to go on the intercom and I missed... it. Drove up to the window and I was talking to the young lady and I started telling her I?m sorry I missed the intercom and Ididn?t get the chance to order my coffee. The young lady misunderstood me so i started telling her again when an old lady fromthe back come and says I have to go in line again. Ok fine but a coffee takes not that long, I come here everyday and I missedit on accident and I tried to relay that. If I have to go around at least let me know nicely, I?m just starting my morning ifyou?re having a bad day please kindly do not take it out on me. When I asked ok please let me talk to a manager she startedignoring me and she was close enough to where I can see her then she closed the window on me. I couldn?t believe it.. I took myphone out to record it because I couldn?t believe that a grown woman was acting like this and I?m just trying to get a coffee, Ididn?t understand. When I did that this young man came to the window and it just sounded like no one wanted to hear it. No bigdeal I left, but I do go there many days of the week. I know the lady is Albanian I can hear her speaking in her tongue, sherefused to give me her name and that?s all I have to go by. I would like an email back from a manager. The reason I?m writingthis review is because I was refused a manager to convey how I was treated on their place of business. I?m offended and I feltit was unfair and really rude and early in the morning just because she was having a bad day. Customer service at its worse, I came to pick up a delivery and there were 2 big coffees in a styrofoam. it's nothing wrong... with putting coffee in the styrofoam and then putting the coffee and Styrofoam in a plastic bag to hold them so they won't spillor they won't fall The unprofessional woman worker gave me every excuse why she couldn't give me a bag she finally gave me a bagbut she had so much attitude!!! It's cost o cents to be kind, first impressions are lasting impressions. I will not be back norrefer anyone to you!!!! Customer service is everything to me!! Read more
