The message is simple: This location for Tim Hortons is one of the best anywhere. I drive by other locations to come to this... one in Troy because of excellent customer service. The coffee is always perfect with a hot and fresh cup every time I stopthere. The donuts are always fresh and often they provide your order in a box to protect the delicious treats because they areso fresh and incredible. The breakfast sandwiches are always great and made to order. Trust me, when you see Ian behind thecounter at his station, you know that your order will be perfect, and it will make your visit worth stopping by each and everytime. Most of all, the customer service is of the highest level. As soon as you walk in the door, you are provided a friendlygreeting with a smile. Christina and her crew seem to always work together as a great team. They move with efficiency toprovide you the best service and you can tell that they care about your experience if you stop in or use the drive-thru. Assomeone who has almost 42 years of experience in the retail sector of business, it is always great to see a business provide methe same service that I provide my customers. It is a simple message. This is the best Tim Hortons. I enjoy the workers. Every Tim Hortons has a line out to the road but these workers do their best... to get us through the line they take their job serious. The app is the most frustrating thing and they?ve explained to me theyhave no control over the app or anything to do with it but they try their best to help me with it. I love the rewards that theyhad me download when they work lol. I enjoy my ice Capps they make them so pretty and the food is delicious. I love this Tim Hortons! The food is always great. The staff is very accommodating to special orders. The employees are always... friendly, efficient and appear like they enjoy their job. I looked at some of these reviews and shame on the negative reviews because I have been going to this Tim Hortons for 7 months... and it?s been fantastic and these last 2 months this has been the best experience I?m not sure if they switched management butthe service there got 10x better than what it was it?s like they are letting the workers that were already shining stars shinebrighter! Christina is my personal favorite she?s became part of my family and we all love her! If I could steal her to work forme would but she tells me she loves it there!
