Not surprised why this place is dead. This is the most rudest staff I have ever met. I will absolutely never come back and I... hope this place closes down. Never have I ever had a wait or come to me & say ?can we have your autograph, so we can hurry upand leave.? We couldn?t even eat our food and he placed boxes right in front of us. I called him out on his rudeness and he says?the manager told me not to serve you all, but I did out the kindness of my heart? we easily would have went to anotherrestaurant than wasting our money here. The saying ?fast and friendly service? is true for holds true for The Hills City Grill. Went on a Saturday mornings, was greeted... by a pleasant waitress and was seated immediately. Once we ordered our food it was at out table within minutes, and hot, Neverhad to ask for more coffee because someone was always there to refill our cups. Prices were reasonable and plenty of food forthe price. This place had a calm and quiet atmosphere. Nice place for breakfast. Read more
The place is nice, feels homey, and the price to service ratio is great! Loved the food and the fries were amazing! And I... totally appreciated the whole new unopened ketchup bottle that they gave me lol. Great place and I will be visiting again ?? Read more
Food and service was both amazing! Came in with my two children, vegetarian friendly, the veggie pizza stick even made my... vegetarian 10yr old love veggies even more! Would definitely eat here again the next time I'm in town. Something for everyonefor sure. Read more
This place was good before Covid, but afterwards the service and quality of food has steadily declined. Today?s experience was... abhorrent. I ordered a New York Strip (medium rare) but the first time I received it, the steak was very rare. I asked for it tobe cooked more and the photo below is what I received. The steak was cooked and the two rare pieces are what I saw when I cut itopen. I sent it back again and that last time it was completely over cooked. Not to mention, there were an abundance of fruitflies roaming around and landing on all the food. Pictured is one of the dead ones we were able to capture. Terrible service. The waitress literally spilled a glass of water on me as she was setting it on the table and blamed it on me,... offering no apologies and instead complaining that more water got on her. I would give 0 stars if I could. Manager wasn?t muchof a help and just shrugged. Also there were so many flies roaming around with some getting on food. I?m never returning. Read more

Decided to go out for Thanksgiving and luckily "The Hills City Grille" was serving full menu or turkey dinner! Not many places... are doing dine in yet on holidays. We had a great dinner, very relaxing time out! Very glad we came! Read more
