The lighting was very poor inside the lack of staff was completely noticeable in the effect that everybody was stressed out... working there and it took a long time for me to get my food when I was the only person in line that had ordered with nobody elseother than the drive-thru . The manager was very rude when she took my order and instructed me that there was a kiosk insidewhich I've never seen before in a Taco Bell . When I asked her if it would be okay if I just placed my order she came veryperturbed and caught herself then tried to apologize. There was also a couple employees that had Mask but would not even wearthem . Manager was quite rude with her employees as well I would definitely not recommend this location as well as my food wasnot put together properly and missing items. This was a unique experience for me they don't have any counter people to take your order its all on a kiosk. a little... frustrating to figure out. I had to have one of the kids help me! LOL but its very fast service in the middle of lunch rushhour. Read more
The manager was nice and helpful but paying $9.00 for a box and getting the steak chalupa I was like did they forget the... meat...it was only about a teaspoon size amount not kidding. all lettuce. I get they don't put alot but that's nothing I had topull it apart to find it. Wow I'll just go back to the 18 mile location they actually gave the proper amount of meat. Read more
Short female manager is very ornery. She would not give me my DoorDash order through the drive thru and instead wanted me to... come in and pick it up even though it was completely dead. She had a horrible attitude and was very rude. Read more
