I ordered online and went to pick up in store. The touch screen at the drive through was not working so I pushed the ?call for... help? button. No one came after several minutes so I tried again. Nothing. I unpacked my kid from the car seat and went insideto pick it up, but they had not even started making my order yet. By the time my food was ready, it was 10 min past my pickuptime. I genuinely like this location. The prices aren?t for the faint of heart, lol, but I feel that just kind of goes for subways in... general. The staff are really kind, down to earth people. They hold great conversation and are refreshing to see working. Iwould put five stars for the staff alone, but they are often out of things, and I completely understand that is out of theworkers control. It?s just a little problem with higher ups. Read more
Colorful and nice dining area with usb charging ports! Excellent service. I think prices are slightly higher.
I waited in the drive threw for two subs for 15-20 mins to have to pull out of line and go in because I?m a type on diabetic and... was experiencing a low blood sugar and needed to eat, when I went in to get my food staff took a very long time to acknowledgeme, then once they finally started to make my food they moved at a snail pace and took almost an additional 25 minutes while Iam having a low blood sugar episode and have a baby in the car waiting with her mother, To only find out that the subs were waymore in price than I pay anywhere else in the area for subway, very nice looking location seems like it would be convenient withthe drive-through but do not get stuck in that line if you have plans and cannot wait especially if you are like me and havediabetes and may need food somewhat quicker. By far without a doubt the worst subway in the world?.. they are slow understaffed always out of items and never make your order... correct. The prices are clearly higher than any other subway close. They hit me one time and one time only. It?s real clean tho. Read more
