This Starbucks used to be good before the renovation. They always got my order correct and quick even when they were busy. But... now they are not good. The last 2 times I went there, I ordered 2 coffees and I had to tell him for both coffees, I want creamand 2 sugars. But I had to go back in line for the half/half and wait for ever and he told me I had to go to the pick up areaand wait for some time. When you order they are supposed to ask if you want any cream or sugar. They just dump the order andignore by the rest. I?d rather spend 2.40 on one small coffee A-OK cafe, then spend $13.57 here. Came in Friday afternoon and tried a Caramel Macchiato for the first time, but it was too sweet for my liking so i asked if its... possible to have it remade, the barista working thankfully (He had curly hair, can't quite remember the name but i saw itstarted with an S!) was very friendly and considerate. He remade the drink, but suggested i try it out with Sugar Free Vanillaand less drizzle, what do you know? It was perfect! Thank you to that employee and this location. Will definitely come back. I work in the mall so I frequent this Starbucks, or attempt too at least. I also worked at Starbucks for a few years so I know... how things go. However, this location has way too many problems. I know how easy it is to update the mobile app for products instock, yet I?m constantly told they don?t have what I ordered and they give me a recovery card that doesn?t even equal theamount I paid. The card is only 4 dollars and I pay about twice that for what I order. No compensation is made. This hashappened 4 times now. It takes 2 minutes to keep your app updated. Read more

The cashier was such a rush to take my order as I could not decide what to eat and ended up ordering two spinach wraps which... didn't taste good at all. Not good service at all by the employees.
