I?m never one to leave a poor review, but we are extremely disappointed with this location. When we got there, we weren?t ever... greeted by the woman working the front. She never stopped to take our orders. We waited at least 15 minutes before deciding togo ahead and leave. Not to mention, there was only one other couple in the restaurant eating. It looked like they were onlyworking on DoorDash orders. The entire time we stood and waited, not a single employee recognized we were standing there. We arevery understanding if they were backed up and we were willing to wait, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged or tohave had some sort of communication why they weren?t serving us. But they didn?t even notice us and seemed to only care abouttheir door dash orders rather than the customers in the store, which is very sad. Burger was not fully cooked.... fries were like rubber.... the first time I went I waited in line for 20 mins with two people in... front of me.... dining area had 3 people seated.... will not return to this location. Read more
While I do like the burgers, the store has very limited hours. They also don't take any carryout orders after 6 pm, an hour... before closing. Disappointing. I won't spend my time or money at this location anymore. Read more
The manager at this location rudely indicated that they do not accept coupons emailed to us from the Smashburger reward program... {he claims NO location in Michigan accepts them...even though we have redeemed in the past with no question from othermanagers}. Way too expensive for the rude treatment, marginal atmosphere, questionable cleanliness at various times, and toooften incomplete/missing/raw items. Read more

Just got a order through uber eats. The bag was so soaked in grease that it ripped open leaving the food just exposed. The tots... were just sitting there nothing protecting the food from anyone or anything it came in contact with. The burgers were notsmashed matter of fact the only thing smashed was the tots in the bag that fell out of the container. The burgers were still redand didn't have any flavor. This was my first and last time i will ever order from here. The review is based on the food not theuber driver as he did the best he could with the packaging you gave him. I have not been to this Smashburger location since the Colorado burger was introduced to the menu a few years back. The colorado... burger had a spicy kick to it when biting in. The place is still serving delicious savory burgers in a timely manner. I ordereda single patty burger with some smash fries that reminded me of why I started going there in the first place. I think theinterior should get updated a bit since it looks a bit outdated. The staff was friendly and they actually did try to replicatethe off menu item that I requested but unfortunately they could not due to a few ingredients being missing. The opening to whereyou toss in your trash is very small and I think it would be better to open it up so people do not have to maneuver in thegarbage after they finish their meals. Ordered a shake online for the next day because I had a coupon that was going to expire that day. The online system confirmed my... order and I thought that I was all set. Went the next day and was told that I could not get my shake because it was turned off,whatever that means, I assume he meant online ordering. The employee would not give me a shake and I left and I will never goback again. Very poor customer service, when I drive by that store is always empty, now I know why. Read more
