Ordered delivery online on a Thursday night. Quoted 45 min for delivery. It's been over 2 hours and still no pizza. Called store... 2x and have no idea why it's taking so long and only offered me to cancel or take 25% off next order. Definitely will stick toJets from now on. Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita in Troy on Crooks Rd has been a great community serving restaurant. Whether it be for an evening... family get together or helping get orders ready for Hamilton Elementary School's teachers, their serve has always beenwonderful, with polite serve, on time orders, and attention to details (often will ask if we need extra seasoning packs). Theyrecently have been very generous to provide gift cards to Hamilton Elementary School students, which helped to encourage thestudents to fundraise even more money for the school, knowing they had a chance of earning some great pizza!
