They seem to be more concerned with Door Dash orders than the customers piling up at the front door. I waited 10 minutes along... with three other groups of people and we were not even acknowledged. I understand that 4 people might be considered shortstaffed for them as they were all hustling around, but communication is key, acknowledge us! If your going to ignore the peoplethat take the time to show up and eat at your restaurant just close the doors to the dining room and cater to the peopleordering online. Was pretty good food. Tasted freshly made and we did not have to wait too long for it. Customer service was friendly.
One of the best place for our family lunch. All the menu items are great. Staffs are very friendly.
Don't really know what's wrong with this location. I've never had a problem at a noodles&co before. I ordered Alfredo MontAmore... and typically their alfredo comes with spinach, tomatoes, salt and pepper and the sauce. The only salt&pepper is whats sprinkledon the shrimp not anywhere else. They didn't add any of the vegetables and not even 5 minutes ago I tried to call and verypolitely mention what was wrong to which they hung up in my face. I could understand if I was being a Karen but I wasn't?? verydisappointing :( just like my food. Read more
I would like to say that the food was freezer burned as you can see. Also the basil tomato soup was floating in oil? Why would... there be oil? And I mean a lot I tried calling noodles where I ordered from and no answer. I tried several times tho it showsopen until 8 How do I get a response from them ???????? Read more
Pricey for what it is. I had the Japanese pan noodles with steak. My noodles had a rubbery texture. There was very minimal... steak. Quality of the steak was just cafeteria. Overall, this dish was very dry and lacked flavor and freshness. The macaroniand cheese with ham was said to be of cafeteria quality. The ham was completely disliked. Service was fantastic.
