This location is not the best, I was the first vehicle to pull up top have my order taken. Second vehicle pulls up and their... order before mine and they got in the line after me. Then get my food and it's warm, my food was cold in 10 minutes. Not cominghere anymore. Read more
I keep going back to this location hoping my drive thru experience will be better than the ones before.. but never again. Or... they are short staffed or their credit card machine doesn't work?? In 2022 and still having credit card issues? Even thesimplest CC system can't fail. Management you just lost a long time customer. Read more
This McDonald?s offers two lanes of drive thru so getting in and out was easy. The order was made right and nothing was missing... out of the bag. The fries were fresh. I wish this location had the old play place still around but at least the good service hasremained. Read more
Took my order incorrectly, asked me if I wanted to have it adjusted to what I asked for. Took a manager to correct the order... and charge my card. I was made to wait for them to make the sandwich, fries were half filled and sandwiche was sloppy made. Girlwho brought out my bag didnt even fully walk up to my car window. This McDonald?s is absolutely the worst that I have ever experience! The drive up is extremely slow and if you?re in need of... your food quick I would not advise coming in here. I?ve been coming to this McDonald?s now for 35 years but the last coupleyears has been the worst I have ever seen! They even don?t honor my app coupon that are offered to me most of the time.Needless to say I have given up on this McDonald?s and will not be coming back. Read more
Service is extremely slow inside then drive through. Employees are busy talking and flirting with each other then actually... working. I saw at least 3 employees at front waiting for the employees at the back to finish cooking. They could have at leasthelped the back if they were free. The manager is doing 3 personnel job by herself and I felt bad for her. Read more
Will not ever return here. THEE RUDEST workers who are totally incapable of dealing with their own personal issues and emotions... so they take it out on the customers, all machines have been broken for at least 6mo now, always takes 10min just for anybody tocome to the window to take your order in the first place, and then like I said even with the best attitude they are extremelyrude once you do get there. Take 5 more minutes out of your day to go to either of the ones down 16 or Dequindre and you?llactually leave satisfied and in a good mood! Read more
If you would like the coldest fries ???? in the county buy them here... seriously pulled in about 8:30 4-5 cars in front of me,... ordered and didn't get out of parking lot to find cold fries (McDonald's flagship) as busy as they were how could fries be ascold as if they were sitting there for hours?
