Normally dine here 1-2 times a week with very little complaints about Leo's. Today I ordered chicken fingers and fries well... done. I ended up with soggy rubbery chicken fingers and completely cold, greasy,soggy french fries. The chicken fingers andfries always come in one container, today I got two. I got the order of fries that were sitting on the counter when I placed myorder... Food was not eatible. When I called to complain they did offer to make me new fries but was senseless becauseeverything was horrible. I normally like Leo's but today was completely unacceptable. Read more
This Leo?s was a good place to stop. Clean, friendly and prompt service. My waitress Susie was wonderful. She was attentive,... pleasant and took time to have a short conversation with me. We came as a small party for lunch, you seat yourself when you walk in but our waitress was over and attended us very soon... afterward. There's so many options on the menu that it's a little overwhelming lol. I got a burger, which was alright at best,and a bowl of the lemon rice soup, which was decent as well. We got a strawberry sundae, which was the best thing there imo, youcan't really go wrong with ice cream! The seats are pretty claustrophobic, and essentially zero covid safety, aside from oneemployee wearing a mask. Pretty cheap prices though, and very quick food output, so it's good for a business lunch. Read more
I have gotten take out from this location many times. And every time I have to take something back that was messed up. I called... and ordered a Caesar salad with NO chicken, told them no chicken twice on the phone and double checked at pick up that theydidn?t put chicken on it when I picked it up. I took it home and there was chicken. I had to take it back up there so they couldfix it. When I got it back there was still chicken in it. They just picked the chicken out and gave it back me. I called in a carry out order for wings. During the call I asked for all flats multiple times. Instead of all flats I received... all drums (as pictured). When I called back I was told by the manager that she was on the phone with the girl who took my orderand neither of them heard my request for all flats. If no one heard me ask for ALL anything then why was I given all drums? Themanager did nothing to try to rectify my dissatisfaction with my order. When I asked how would we resolve this she said ?wellwhat do you want me to do?? As the manager she could have offered to remake my food tonight. She could have also offered to haveme come in another day for a replacement. Neither of those options were offered. Instead of good solid customer service she said?there?s no way you have all drums? and sat on the phone in awkward silence without offering a solution. This place has friendly service and good food too. Today I had ordered a corned beef sandwich on Rye bread, a medium greek salad... with grilled chicken, a bowl of chicken lemon rice soup and a side of fries. My friend also got a small chicken garden salad andeverything was so good, thank you so much, dinner was awesome! Highly recommended! Read more
Worst farmers omelette I've ever had pretty sure they don't even know what one is. No hashbrowns inside and barely gave me any... on the side. That's the problem with these franchise restaurants food is always junk because nobody cares about their job. Wouldhave gave them 0 stars but had to choose 1. Service was nice but food sucks!
