Absolutely ridiculous to hire people who are so lazy!! Third time I've come to specifically get coffee at 6pm and automatically... get my order taken then as soon as I'm at the window they say oh we're not doing coffee EVEN THOUGH YOURE OPEN TILL 10PM? not tomention the attitude of these people at the window. If I went to work and acted this way id be fired. QUIT BE LAZY AND WORKthat's what you're there to do. Hire all new staff and start over especially since this is the only location anywhere near metroDetroit area. Will no longer be telling anyone to go here. Read more

The inside of this place is hardly ever open, just some sign on the door. When you go to the drive-thru to try to place your... order, you sure as hell better know every single donut that you want right then and there. Meaning, if you get a mixed dozen,they hate you from the minute you inform them of that.
