Joc & Charles at the Big Beaver & Rochester location are AWESOME!!!! Fabulous customer service, super fast service and very... friendly. It's hard to find any of these, let alone all three. I just ordered from this place yesterday no issue. TODAY I wait a whole hour and no one contacted me about my order. I had to... call for the manager to tell me he is running one delivery driver and after waiting an hour for my food I was told I would haveto wait an additional 45 minute for my food that was just sitting in the store. Had this been communicated well before the firsthour passed I'd be less upset but that is ridiculous not letting your customers know the situation and having them wait over anhour for a 30 second sub? The workers were not rude I can say that much, but the sandwich was horrible, I said no lettuce and no tomato and can you... please cut my sandwich in half. When I received my sandwich there was lettuce and tomato on it and it was not cut in half theTurkey was frozen like the refrigerator was up to high. What a waste of money. Go to any Jimmy John's but this one! To say the staff was rude is an understatement. I ordered my sandwich, it was slammed down... on the counter with out a word, the cashier couldn't even look me the eye. I was just told my total and handed my change. Thereare many other Jimmy John's out there. I will NEVER go back to this one and I suggest you pass as well. Also my sub was halfbread. By far, worst Jimmy John's experience in 20 years of patronage. The WHOLE staff (of children it looked) needs a majorattitude adjustment if the expect to work in the service industry! Big time. Read more
I ordered my sandwich for delivery and it arrived without part of my order. When I called to have the rest of my order delivered... they said their driver had left for the day and they could not deliver my food. Unacceptable. Read more
