I placed and paid for my order online. When I arrived at the store, the front door was locked. The employees ignored me while I... knocked on the door for several minutes to be let in. I finally had to call the store and explain to them that I needed to belet inside to retrieve my order. Once I was finally let inside, I was handed a bag that was missing an entire sandwich and bagof chips. I?m glad I checked before I got back to work. This was definitely a horrible lunch experience. They took over an hour to deliver our lunches at work, forgot chips and straws and said they would have the chips out to us... within an hour. It has been an hour and a half at this point after they delivered the subs... still no chips. Poor service. Read more

I placed an online order at 8 AM through the app and scheduled my order to be delivered to my school between 12:00-12:15 PM. My... order was not delivered until 2:00 PM and this location is only a few miles away from my school. I am a teacher who only has a40 minute window of time to eat lunch - it is ridiculous that it took 2 HOURS for my order to show up. When I called the store,the person who answered said they could not even get a hold of the delivery driver after calling him 3 times - again,unacceptable service. Needless to say, none of the other staff members at my school will be ordering from this location again.The amount of time it took is beyond ridiculous. So much for "freaky fast" service... Every time I place an order it takes at minimum an hour. Today they forgot my drink. Called and the manager took care of it... which was nice but told me they only are allowed 1 driver?? For a company that advertises "freaky fast" delivery this storefalls very short. Read more

Placed an online order at 5:56pm, received a call at 5:57 stating they had to cancel the order because they were closing at... 6:00. I was assured there would be a credit back to my card. After a complaint made to corporate, and a call to the storerequesting a status on my credit, a month later I still don't see the credit. I am forced to dispute the transaction with mycredit card company. A transaction that could have been handled in a very simple way (offer to transfer the order to an openlocation nearby; fulfill the transaction and hang out 5-10 minutes past closing time for me to pickup) is left me with nottrusting this location at all.
