The store manager is one of the rudest people ever. I have been waiting on an order for over 90 minutes and live 3 minutes away... from the store. Called the store 3 times for status updates and still no delivery. Read more

I placed and paid for my order online. When I arrived at the store, the front door was locked. The employees ignored me while I... knocked on the door for several minutes to be let in. I finally had to call the store and explain to them that I needed to belet inside to retrieve my order. Once I was finally let inside, I was handed a bag that was missing an entire sandwich and bagof chips. I?m glad I checked before I got back to work. This was definitely a horrible lunch experience. They took over an hour to deliver our lunches at work, forgot chips and straws and said they would have the chips out to us... within an hour. It has been an hour and a half at this point after they delivered the subs... still no chips. Poor service. Read more
