Don't ever trust the location at 6842 Rochester Road in Troy. Hours are never right no matter what time you come during the day.... 5:48 p.m. and they're already closed. Which it says they're open till 7:00. Read more
Be aware that their hours have been updated to M - Sat 10:30 AM - 5 PM. I figured this out after placing an order online,... driving to the location, and being met by a locked door and a paper sign on the door... I don't care what your hours ofoperation are. Make it 10:30 AM - noon. That is not my concern. However, when you modify your hours, you need to do a minimum ofthree things. 1) update your hours on Google 2) update your hours on your website 3) close your online ordering when your storeis closed Do your customers a favor and take the 10 minutes to take care of those things, please & thank you. Rude staff. No indication of change in hours and staff very crass about the number of sandwiches that could be made at closing.... Food was delicious, but there's no need to be rude when both the JJ website & Google say one thing and there are no hours postedon the door. Read more
Never open. Always out of supplies (even just Turkey?) Half the time you show up the door will be locked at 2pm.
They got rid of turkey. TURKEY!!!! Just this location as far as I can tell. What sandwich place you know doesn?t have turkey?!?!... Insanity. Also, they aren?t open when they say they are. Went to this store at 5pm, and the doors were locked and closed. The guys inside were just staring at us. I was there at prime... dinner time and they were closed. I do not understand why it would be closed at dinner time. This is the 3rd time this orsomething similar has happened. However, after I walked back to the car and gor my kid back in, then they open the door for theother 3 customers that came up to the door!!! Read more
The store is fine when it's open but my husband and I have had an impossible time figuring out what their hours are. I know that... a lot of businesses have been short staffed lately, it would just help if the adjusted hours were posted somewhere. Multipletimes now we've tried to grab a quick dinner after work and have been met with closed doors and the lights turned off (between5:30-6pm). Google lists that they're open until 7pm so we've been unpleasantly surprised each time. Read more
Service is awful. The employees glare at you while making food/taking order. They were screaming profanities at each other. One... of the guys was wearing FLIP FLOPS making my sandwich. I was so disgusted. I have been going to this Jimmy John?s for about ayear hoping that it was just a bad day EVERY TIME. employees are rude, unsanitary conditions, and the environment is bothhostile and laden with profanity.
