Unfortunately have no choice but to leave a 1 star review. I placed my order at 4:37pm on a Thursday. Went to the store to... pickup at 4:55pm, and the door was locked and the store was closed. The posted hours in the JJ online app were open till 6pm,and they accepted my online order and charged my order. I get that there are still staffing issues post COVID, but why would youaccept my order, and charge me? Why not post updated hours? Why waste customers time? This erodes all trust in consistent hours,and we for one will not be back here. Read more

It took 1/2 hr for them to make and delivery a sandwich across the parking lot from their location at 3pm when they should have... no other customers. Not freaky fast, that?s for sure. Sandwich was ok, but not a lot of meat on it. I got a lettuce wrap withextra meet. They gave me a whole lot of lettuce with very little meat. I wouldn?t have even been willing to pay the basic pricefor this sandwich given how little meat it had, let alone the charge for the extra meat. Jimmy John's no matter which location you go to is usually consistent with their sandwiches. Unfortunately the level of service... at this location is below average. The employees are very nice, but they cannot handle the lunch rush. More than once I haveordered via the mobile app and returned to my office to find out I was given the wrong order. It's a PITA to walk back thereafter I already arrived back to my desk, but they usually take care of the mistake promptly. Today the employee argues with me.On the mobile app, I ordered a #15, Tuna Club unwhich. Uniwhich's are my go to selection 95% of the time. At this location youhave to wait in the regular line when picking up your order, which doesn't seem right being that it was ordered ahead of timeand it is likely already ready to go when arriving. So I waited in line and picked up my order. There is an option to put a nameon the sandwich when ordering on the app, so I always put my nickname there and when I pick up my order I use this name. Theycan never figure out which one is mine because they don't look at this part of the receipt I guess and then claim they don'thave an order under that name. anyway, that's no big deal I guess, just a small annoyance. So, I walked back to my office andsat down to eat lunch. I opened the bag and saw that there was bacon and turkey in the unwhich, so 100% wrong...AGAIN. This isthe 3rd time this has happened. I walked back to JJ's and told them the order was wrong. I handed them the receipt and the bag.The employee at the sandwich making station argued with me that they gave me the right item, while he was looking at thereceipt. He asked what was wrong with it and I said there is bacon in it. He said "We gave you the right order, #16." I thenresponded back that I ordered the CLUB TUNA.
